One of the most popular cuts of pork. This 3/4 inch thick pork chop is extremely versatile, perfect for frying, grilling or roasting. It can also be marinated, topped with or dipped in different types of sauces - barbecue, chili, soy sauce with calamansi, or a specialty salsa. 


Pan: Heat oil over medium to medium-high heat. Add butter. When the butter is melted and the butter/oil mixture is hot, cook 3 pork chops at a time for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes until the chops are golden brown on the other side (make sure no pink juices remain).
