Passo a due Bianco Salento IGP "Celebration" - Due Palme

Named after a dance technique Passo a Due or Paso Doble that joins two bodies in one in a thrill of passion. The same can be said about the grapes of this rosé wine, a fusion of Vermentino and Malvasia Bianca in a deep harmony that charms especially young people.

Vermentino is harvested from the vineyard in Brindisi and Taranto, where the Ionian Sea joins the Adriatic in another astonishing merge. The Malvasia Bianca is a historical grape indigenous to Salento. These grapes are meticulously selected, hand-picked into cases and then cold–macerated at 4 °C for 48 hours. Richness enhanced through maturation in bottle.

Tasting notes

The colour is a bright straw-yellow, brilliant and transparent, with a nose laden with tropical fruit and and minerality. In the mouth it is fresh, elegant and seductive.
