Health Benefits:
This cheese is super abundant in calcium, phosphorous, and zinc. These minerals are essential for the bones and teeth, immunity, growth, and maintenance of the body. Add up the quality protein it contains with a good amount of vitamins and other minerals such as vitamins A and B12, and calcium. This is a good healthy choice for your dairy portion intake.
It is also semi-fat cheese containing good unsaturated fats. Not to mention it is carbohydrate-free. It is also the kind of cheese that is easy to digest due to the milk proteins being broken already by the enzymes during the aging process.
