Recipe Suggestion:

Parmesan Potato Croquettes

Ingredients

2 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup breadcrumbs
150 g Grana Padano, grated
2 large eggs
parsley
salt & pepper

Directions

Preheat oven.
Mix the mashed potatoes with the egg yolk, the grated Grana Padano, and parsley.
Season with salt and pepper and stir until smooth then shape into croquettes.
Beat one egg in a bowl.
Place breadcrumbs in another bowl.
Dip into the bowl of beaten egg then into the bowl of breadcrumbs.
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet then arrange the croquettes.
Bake at 200 °C until golden brown in color.
Serve hot and enjoy!

excellent quality
The taste is authentic, the perfect amount of salty, and cheesy with a hint of a nutty flavor. And it's so convenient to have it already grated. I use it readily not just in the usual pasta, pizza, but also in my other meals!

quality parmesan
I only bought this first to try and it is indeed one quality parmesan! I used it on my stuffed aubergine recipe, yum! I will try the other cheeses on my next order.

Finally!
I've been waiting for parmesan to be available here in my fave shop for what feels like forever and I'm super happy you guys have it now. A real Italian parmesan, which I can add in my regular order.
