Hachis Parmentier Duck Confit - Frozen - Ready Meal

A classic of French cuisine. 

"Hachis" in french or hash means a dish in which the ingredients are chopped or minced. Hachis Parmentier is a dish made with mashed, baked potato, mixed together with diced meat. You can consider it as a simpler version of a shepherd's pie. 

Delivery:

Delivered frozen in vacuum-sealed plastic packs.


Reheating Instructions:

Fan-assisted oven
50 to 55 minutes
Preheat oven to 180°C (Th 6).
Remove the lid of the pack.
Put the tray at the center of the oven and heat the still-frozen pack for 50 to 55 minutes (55 to 60 minutes for a traditional oven).

Potatoes - butter - milk - duck confit - Shalott - spices

Prepared in the Philippines by a French chef.

Storage:

Keep frozen at -18°C before using.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Shelf life:

365 days (1 year) in the freezer
1 day cooked product
24 hours in the refrigerator
