Parmentier Duck Confit

Similar to a sheperd's pie with duck confit instead of ground beef, this composition of shredded duck meat cooked under mashed potatoes is a mouthwatering, melt-in-the-mouth treat.  This convenient packaged meal is cooked, frozen, and ready to serve immediately after reheating.

Oven (180°C): Remove the plastic wrap from the tray and place the frozen dish in a preheated oven for 55 minutes.
