Ingredients
1 pack USDA Choice Striploin
250 g Frozen French Ceps (Porcini Mushrooms)
250 g tomato
250 g cucumber
300 g fresh or frozen figs
3/4 clove garlic
3 tsp ginger powder
3 tbsp golden sesame seeds
A few sprigs chives
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Press the garlic clove, slice the tomatoes, and cut the cucumber in half, then into thin sticks.
Thinly slice the sirloin steak.
Defrost the mushrooms in the microwave (do the same with the figs if frozen).
Heat a non-stick frying pan and sauté the pressed garlic with the steak strips and sesame seeds.
Pour in the soy sauce.
Add the cucumber sticks, diced tomatoes, and mushrooms.
Chop the chives and cut the figs into small pieces.
Remove from heat and stir in the ginger, chives, and figs.
Serve immediately.
