Ingredients
300 g Beef steak
200 g Porcini
200 g tomato
200 g cucumber
300 g frozen figs or frozen peaches
1/2 clove garlic
2 tsp ginger powder
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
6 sprigs chives
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp lemon, lemon juice
Directions
Press the garlic clove, slice the tomato, and cut the cucumber into thin sticks.
Thinly slice the beef steak.
Defrost the mushrooms in the microwave, and the frozen fruits as well.
Heat a non-stick frying pan and sauté the pressed garlic with the beef strips and sesame seeds. Pour in the soy sauce.
Add the cucumber sticks, diced tomatoes, and the mushroom mixture.
Chop the chives and cut the fruit into small pieces.
Stop cooking and add the ginger, chives, and fruits.
Serve immediately.
