GERALD.ph remains open for your grocery needs. We remain steadfast in our commitment to continue to support you, our dear customers, through our ongoing delivery operations so you could be safe indoors, avoid going out or lining up in busy and crowded supermarkets, yet still have what you need through our gourmet and healthy food home delivery service. To help smoother and more convenient transactions:

  • Areas for delivery are limited only to Makati, BGC Ortigas (Tue - Sat), and Alabang (Wed, Sat) only.
  • - As we are maintaining a skeletal workforce for the safety of our employees, we will only be able to support these limited areas at the moment.
  • - We are organizing ourselves for better coverage in the coming days.

  • Starting March 18, method of payment is limited only to online payment by credit card (no cash payments)

  • Should there be missing items in your order, your refund will be processed online and directly credited back to you through your bank account.

  • No contact policy: to maintain both yours and our staff's safety, delivery of your orders will be until the building’s lobby only, to minimize direct contact and maintain social distancing.

Rest assured that precautions are in place to ensure both your and the safety of our riders and staff, in delivering to you.
You can also rest assured that our partner drivers and riders are well-equipped with the knowledge on healthy safety procedures.
As a safety precaution, we require all riders to wash and sanitize their hands, wear masks at all times during dispatching, delivering, and remitting sales, and are prescribed to always keep social distance to uphold health and safety in our operations.
