Organic arborio rice, filtered water, organic mushrooms, organic peas, organic butter (organic cream, salt), organic onions, parmesan cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, culture, salt, enzymes [without animal enzymes or rennet]), sea salt, powdered wild-crafted porcini mushrooms, black pepper. contains milk.

Directions: Keep frozen.
Microwave (preferred) or stovetop.
Make a 1-inch slit in top of overwrap.
Cook on high for 3 minutes.
Remove overwrap and gently stir.
Cook another 1-2 minutes.
Stir, let stand 2 minutes and serve.
Remove bowl from carton and overwrap.
Remove frozen risotto from bowl and place in top portion of a double boiler.
Bring water to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and allow to simmer for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Stir well and serve hot.
