Seafood Fettuccine Marinara
250g Healthy Spinach Fettuccine, cooked
400ml Organic Family Marinara pasta sauce
200g Mixed Seafood
1 tbsp olive Oil
2 tbsp aromatic dill herb
1 pc onion, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook fettuccine as indicated in the product specs.
For the seafood marinara sauce:
In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Saute the onion until translucent.
Add half of the dill and cook for another minute.
Add marinara sauce and 1/4 cup water.
Bring to boil then reduce heat to low.
Add the mixed seafood and stir.
Simmer until seafood is cooked through.
Season to taste.
Toss the sauce over fettuccine and sprinkle with the remaining dill
Serve with a crusty or garlic bread and enjoy!
