Directions for cooking:

Creamy Chicken Mushroom

Ingredients

1 can Amy's Organic Cream of Mushroom
2 tbsp virgin coconut oil
half kilo free-range chicken breasts, halved
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp aromatic parsley herbs
black pepper, ground

Directions

In a pan, heat oil over medium-high.
Cook chicken on both sides until brown. Remove from pan.
In the same pan, combine soup, milk, and sprinkle with black pepper.
Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce to low heat.
Add chicken then cover and cook for another 5 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Place dish in a plate and top with parsley sprinkles.
Serve and enjoy!
