Ingredients: organic mushrooms, organic onions, organic bulgur wheat, organic celery, organic carrots, organic oats, filtered water, organic walnuts, wheat gluten, organic potatoes, sea salt, expeller pressed high oleic safflower and/or sunflower oil, organic garlic.

- add a dash of worcesterchire sauce or lemon juice for a little kick in flavor

Directions: Keep frozen.
Cook from frozen. Patties are fully pre-baked.
Remove from pack.
Heat on lightly oiled pan for on each side or until thoroughly heated.
Grease each side lightly with olive oil before putting on the grill.
Conventional oven / Oven toaster:
Place on baking sheet and heat at 400°F for 4-5 minutes on each side or until heated thoroughly.
Place one or more patties on a microwaveable dish in one single layer.
Microwave 1 minute per patty (4 minutes for 4 patties).
Let cool before serving.
