Ingredients: organic rice pasta (organic rice flour, organic potato starch, organic rice starch, organic soy flour), organic lowfat milk, organic broccoli, white cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, culture, salt, enzymes [without animal enzymes or rennet]), organic rice flour, butter (cream, salt), organic sweet rice flour, filtered water, organic tapioca starch, organic potatoes, organic extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, organic agave syrup, organic high oleic safflower and/or sunflower oil, yeast, organic potato flour, organic annatto, organic rice bran extract.

Directions: Keep frozen.
Microwave or regular oven.
Preheat oven to 375°F
Place bowl on a cookie sheet and bake for 35 minutes or until heated throughout.
Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap.
Leave in bowl and heat on high 4-5 minutes.
Remove all packaging.
Transfer product to a covered oven toaster-safe dish.
Cook using the conventional oven instructions shown above.
