Imported Frozen Noisette Potatoes - Pommes de terre noisette -

A French culinary specialty, called pommes noisette, or pommes de terre noisette (hazelnut-sized potatoes) or patates boules in French are potato balls deep-fried in oil.
The frozen rendition is pre-fried, prepared from mashed potatoes formed into hazelnut-shaped potatoes, coated in breadcrumbs then frozen immediately to ensure food quality.
Light and fluffy, crispy with fine taste, quick and easy to prepare. The kids of all age will love them!

Directions for Cooking:
Cook without defrosting.
Oven, 25 minutes
Preheat the oven to 220 °C and set the rack to the middle. Place the noisette potatoes on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Bake at 200 °C for 25 minutes.
Stove, 7 minutes
Heat some oil in a frying pan at medium heat. When the oil is hot, place the potato balls and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning several times, until golden-brown and crispy.
Deep-fryer, 12 minutes
Heat some oil in the deep-fryer at 175 °C. Cook potato balls for 5-7 minutes or until golden-brown and crispy.
Pork Ribs in a Bed of Noisette Potatoes
1/2 pack Pork Baby Back Ribs
1/2 pack Noisette potatoes
2 tsp mashed onion
1/2 tsp four-spice blend
1 tbsp sesame seeds
30 g of butter
Salt and black pepper in a grinder
Cook noisette potatoes as indicated above.
Cook pork baby back ribs as preferred.
Let sit to cool then cut them into individual ribs.
Put the cooked ribs on a bed of Noisette Potatoes.
Sprinkle with sesame and garnish with mashed onion.
Serve and enjoy!
