Moutarde En Grains is a grainy mustard, a delicious gourmet seed style whole grain mustard in white wine. It is an exquisite blend of mustard seeds and several spices to merge into this dazzling condiment. It has been renowed by gourmets all over the world.
Made using traditional techniques of carefully selecting top quality seeds, which are ground with stone grinder. This prevents seed damage thereby retaining their delightful flavors with a tart piquant taste.

Ingredients: water, mustard seeds, white wine (16.7% and with sulfites), vinegar, salt, mustard coats, sugar, and spices.

Storage: Keep in a pantry or in a cool, dark place away from heat and moisture. Refrigerate after opening.
Shelf-life: 1 year unopened in the pantry, 8-12 months opened in the refrigerator.
Veal Liver in Grainy Mustard and Spices
90 g veal liver, sliced thinly
60 g cream cheese
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1 tbsp mustard in grains
Sea salt with herbs
One hour before cooking, mix cream cheese with all the spices except ginger.
Rub liver with this preparation, reserve cool.
In a non-stick wok or frying pan over low heat, melt ginger dry adding a little water if necessary and set aside on a plate.
Put the liver in the wok and cook until brown.
Add the ginger at the end of cooking.
Serve hot and enjoy!
