Uses of Mustard in grains:
Rub on meats and spread on sandwiches to make them more delicious.
Stir into salad dressings, marinades, or sauces to add a piquant effect.
Use as a condiment as you would mustard.

Veal Liver in Grainy Mustard and Spices
90 g veal liver, sliced thinly
60 g cream cheese
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1 tbsp mustard in grains
Sea salt with herbs
One hour before cooking, mix cream cheese with all the spices except ginger.
Rub liver with this preparation, reserve cool.
In a non-stick wok or frying pan over low heat, melt ginger dry adding a little water if necessary, and set aside on a plate.
Put the liver in the wok and cook until brown.
Add the ginger at the end of cooking.
Serve hot and enjoy!
