Uses of Mustard in grains:

Veal Liver in Grainy Mustard and Spices
Ingredients
90 g veal liver, sliced thinly
60 g cream cheese
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1 tbsp mustard in grains
Sea salt with herbs
mixed peppercorns
Directions
One hour before cooking, mix cream cheese with all the spices except ginger.
Rub liver with this preparation, reserve cool.
In a non-stick wok or frying pan over low heat, melt ginger dry adding a little water if necessary, and set aside on a plate.
Put the liver in the wok and cook until brown.
Add the ginger at the end of cooking.
Serve hot and enjoy!
