Ready-to-Bake Crepes in Mushroom and Cream Filling

Crepes are the European cousin of American pancakes. They are bigger, thinner, and more delicate than pancakes because of the batter that is also thinner without a leavening agent to give them any lift and make them fluffy like pancakes.

Reheating in Frying pan

12 to 14 minutes
Heat frying pan with oil or butter and cook frozen crepes over medium heat for 12-14 minutes, turning regularly.

Egg, milk, flour, salt, spicy, butter, fresh Mushroom, and parmesan cheese. 

Allergen advice: contains gluten, eggs, and dairy products.

Prepared by a French chef in the Philippines.

Storage:

Keep frozen at -18°C before using.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.  

Shelf life:  24 months at maximum -18°C
