Mommessin Cuvée Saint Pierre Cabernet Sauvignon
From its origins in Southern Burgundy, in the green hills at the foot of Mount Brouilly with diverse and varied soils, an expertise and experience in wine-making, steeped in Burgundian tradition, is transmitted through this wine. This Cabernet Sauvignon is a perfectly well-balanced wine, purple red in color, with a long finish and refreshing flavors.
Appellation: Vin de France
Light-bodied with cherry aromas, citrusy taste with honey undertones. Soft texture in silky tannins with notes of peppers, spices, andn black fruits, a round powerful palate yet light and easy to drink.
Best served with red meat like beef, grilled steak or roast beef, lamb rack and veal, pasta dishes as well as cheeses such as sharp cheddar. Pair with beef tenderloin or baked salmon.
