Take out from the freezer and get the needed amount for your recipes.

Recipe Suggestion:

Chicken breasts en papillote


1 kilo chicken breast
1 stalk celery, julienned
1 tsp butter
1 stalk green onions, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp Mixed Herbs for Chicken
Salt and pepper to taste


In nonstick skillet over medium heat, sauté celery in butter for 1 minute.
Add green onions, mushrooms, tarragon, salt and pepper. Cook for a minute longer, stirring constantly.
Cut the parchment paper or foil into a 10-inch square piece.
Place the chicken breast in the middle of the parchment/aluminum sheet. Sprinkle lightly with remaining salt and pepper. Top with the sautéed vegetables. Fold top half of parchment over food to form a triangle. Fold edges together twice to seal securely.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. To test for doneness, slit the package, being careful not to spill juices. Press chicken lightly with finger. Chicken is done when firm to the touch.
