Recommended to add to pastas or noodles, salad, casseroles, soups, stir-fry dishes, rice dishes (risotto, paella, pilaf, etc.), congees, pizza, vol-au-vent, seafood entrées, and any of your dishes of extravaganza.

In broth1 min
Immerse in boiling water for 1 minute then drain.
Place the mixed seafood in a microwaveable dish. Thaw for 4 min per 250 or 8 min per 500 g on your microwave's defrost setting. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Refrigerator 4 hours
Place the mixed seafood in the refrigerator in 4 hours to defrost and drain.
Cooking without Defrosting
Place the seafood flat in a steamer basket over simmering water. Cover and heat for 3 minutes.

Immerse in simmering water and allow to heat for 2 minutes when the water returns to a simmer.
Sear the seafood in a little olive oil for five minutes over high heat until the juices are reduced.
Salad for Seafood Lovers
1 lb mixed seafood, cooked
1 bunch lettuce, washed
1 bunch celery leaves, diced
2 shallots, thinly-sliced
4 cloves garlic, diced
3 red chillies, thinly-sliced
4 tbsp lemonsito or calamansi purée
2 tbsp organic fish sauce
1/2 tsp coconut sugar
Cook seafood mix as indicated in instructions above ("Cooking without Defrosting"). Place cooked seafood on a plate.
Mash garlic and chillies with a mortar and pestle. Place in a small bowl and stir in the lemonsito or calamansi purée, fish sauce and coconut sugar to make the dressing.
Pour dressing over mixed seafood. Toss with diced celery leaves and sliced shallots.
Arrange lettuce on a salad plate to make a base. Put seafood mixture on top.
Serve and enjoy!
