Directions of Use:
Run the machine for 3 seconds without pod.
Add a new pod/capsule into the machine.
Use a short pour button, extract approximately 40 ml of chocolate into your mug.
Add 100 ml frothed milk, or to taste.
Pre and post "flush" and regular cleaning of the drip tray is recommended.
How to Serve:
Regular use: Use 1 pod (40 ml extraction) with 100 ml frothed milk to taste.
Extra strong: use 2 pods (40 ml extraction each) and add 50 ml frothed milk or to taste.
Mocha: prepare a 40 ml shot of coffee in a cup with a 40 ml shot of hot chocolate, add frothed milk to taste.
Want it cold? Simply pour over ice, add cold milk for a creamy refreshing cold drink!
For a bulletproof coffee, simply add 1 tsp of Virgin Coconut Oil and 2 tbsp of unsalted butter in the concoction.
Iced Mint Chocolate

¾ cup hot water
½ cup fine sugar
1 Chocolate PODiSTA pods
1 Mint Chocolate PODiSTA pods
¾ cup quality cocoa
1 cup milk
2 cups ice
Chocolate Gelato, slightly softened
Place the hot water, sugar, cocoa, and PODiSTA Chocolate extract in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add in the milk and blend to combine. Set aside to cool completely.
Add the ice to the chocolate mixture. Blend until it is frothy and slush-like, adding more ice if needed.
Pour a splash of soda water into the bottom of each glass. Fill the glass with the chocolate mixture, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top. Place a small scoop of chocolate gelato on top. Garnish with fresh mint.
Serve and enjoy!
Sugar, cocoa powder (15%), mint, salt.
