
Ingredients
2 eggs
250 g Ground Beef
15 g hard bread crumbs
30 g Parmesan Cheese (grated)
1 onion
Dehydrated or frozen basil
1 Canned Whole Peeled Tomatoes
120 g spaghetti or other long pasta (linguine), raw
Salt
Directions
Mix the ground beef, eggs, cheese, and bread crumbs in a small bowl and shape into balls.
Cook the sauce in a small non-stick saucepan: dry-fry the onion, then add the tomatoes and basil, mashing with a fork.
Simmer over low heat, adding a little water if necessary.
Add the meatballs and cook for around 20 minutes.
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water.
Drain and serve the spaghetti immediately.
Pour the cooked tomato sauce over the pasta and add the meatballs.
