Tiramisù Recipe

Ingredients
Cocoa powder
130 g sugar
Coffee
6 medium eggs
400 g Savoiardi biscuits (ladyfingers or broas)
500 g Mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda
Directions
Divide the yolks from the whites.
Whip the egg yolks together with half the sugar.
Beat the egg whites until stiff adding the other half of the sugar.
Add the mascarpone to the egg yolk mixture.
Place the cream on the bottom of the cup.
Pass the ladyfingers in the coffee and place them in the cup.
Cover with the cream.
Sprinkle with cocoa.
Repeat the process 3 times.
Leave in the fridge for 3 hours.
