Mango-Banana in Berry Syrup
2 cups Mango Sorbet - 100 ml
2 ripe bananas, cut into chunks
1 cup frozen berries (combination of berries of choice)
1 tbsp orange juice
Heat a small saucepan and cook the fruits with the juice over medium heat.
When boiling, lower the heat and mash the fruits.
Simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stir and re-mash occasionally.
Remove from heat and transfer to a mason jar. Set aside.
In a blender, whiz the bananas until texture is creamy.
In a bowl, loosely combine blended bananas and the mango sorbet.
Top with the berry syrup.
Serve and enjoy!
