How to Eat:
Take out the desired number of pieces from the freezer and place on a plate. Defrost at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving and enjoying. Use it directly from the freezer to your blender for smoothies and shakes.

480 g shrimp meat, grated
1 fresh onion
Juice of 1 lime
2 mango halves
1 pink grapefruit
2 slices Rye bread or any baguette
Peel the onion and cut it in 2.
Blend onions with the avocado flesh and lemon juice until consistency is pasty. Reserve in a bowl.
Peel the grapefruit and remove the segments.
Cut the mango halves into dice.
Toast the slice of bread.
Spread with the avocado mix.
Top with grapefruit and mango slices.
Sprinkle with crumbled shrimp.
Serve and enjoy!
