Grown in the ideal climate of the Philippines, these ripe, sweet, and juicy sliced mangoes were first sorted, peeled, cut, and then immediately frozen to preserve their freshness. It's up to you to enjoy them plain, in fruit salad, smoothies, shakes, or even pan-fried and flambéed to accompany a dish of scallops or duck.

Remove from the freezer and put only needed amount to defrost in a secure plastic bag or lidded plastic container.
Place in the refrigerator. Slow defrosting from 6-15 hours is preferred.
After, put the pack in a container filled with cold water to make defrosting faster. Place back in the refrigerator as soon as defrosted.
Avoid running the fruit under water or microwaving for defrosting to keep from mushy and soggy textures.

Blend while frozen for smoothies and shakes.

sweet, delicious, great frozen fruit
I'd normally opt for fresh mangoes but during ecq, I tried this frozen variety and it's great! I did a smoothie straight from frozen into the blender, delicious! And super quick, too.

taste good and fresh, can rival the fresh ones off the market, maybe even better
