New Zealand Natural Macadamia Supreme Ice Cream
Golden roasted macadamia nuts blended in a smooth and creamy macadamia flavored ice cream. Gluten-free.
Milk, Cream, Liquid Sugar, Milk Solids, Macadamia Nuts (5%), Glucose Syrup, Maltodextrin, Sugared Egg Yolk, Stabiliser (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean Gum, Carrageenan), Natural Flavour, Natural Colour (Carotene).

Crepe à la Macadamia
150 ml skimmed milk
25 g flour
25 g cornstarch
1 pinch of salt
Macadamia Supreme Ice Cream
berries of choice (optional)
Sift flour and cornstarch separately.
In a salad bowl, pour sifted flour and cornstarch, sprinkle with salt.
Clear the center then break the egg in the middle, beat the egg.
Pour in milk then combine the mixture gradually, stir until texture is smooth and slightly thick.
Heat a pan over high heat, grease a little with olive oil.
Once oil is heated, pour a little ladle of dough and spread over the pan.
Cook until brown then flip to the other side.
Do the same with the rest of the batter.
Once the crepes are done, put a scoop of macadamia ice cream on each.
Sprinkle with berries or syrup if preferred.
Fold crepe, serve and enjoy!
