Lychee Puree

Considered the Rose of the fruit kingdom, also named the "Chinese cherry", lychees are sweet summer fruits made into refreshing fruit purée that will bring coolness to the body. Made from carefully selected lychees, flash pasteurized, crushed and refined to preserve fresh taste and color of the fruit.

Defrost the puree in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours before using, or in the microwave at moderate temperature. Use them to create delicious cocktails, smoothies, and pie fillings.

Health Benefits:

This puree is inherently nutritious, made from lychees or litchis that are rich in vitamin C, a good source of B vitamins and minerals copper and potassium. They also contain various vitamins and minerals that nourish the body.

These fruits are also abundant in Oligonol, a type of polyphenol with antioxidant and anti-influenza properties. This micronutrient also aids in improving blood flow, protecting skin from uv rays, and in reducing weight.

After defrosting: +2°C/+4°C (+35°F/+39°F)

Defrosting:

*Do not refreeze after defrosting

In order to maintain all the sensory qualities of our product, defrost the product in its original closed packaging, for information during 24 hours minimum at +35/+39°F.
If needed you can also defrost the product in its original packaging in bain-marie or at a mild temperature in a micro-wave oven. In order to obtain a perfectly homogenous product, defrost the whole product and mix it.

After defrosting, the product can be stored for 15 days at +35/+39°F in its closed packaging.
*Defrosting and storage after defrosting are the user’s responsibility and must be done in accordance with good hygiene.

Ingredients

220 g lychee fruit purée
7 g gelatin
10 g lychee liqueur
100 g natural yogurt
1 lime (juice and zest)
250 g white chocolate

Directions

Warm the puree and add the gelatin, pour it on the melted white chocolate.
Add the yogurt and the liquor.

superb puree
This is a great puree that I mainly use for cocktails and juices. I am yet to try them on desserts or other recipes but I'm excited!
