It is a long bread that is also called a flûte, similar to a baguette, only thicker.
As for all our breads, we apply high hydration of the dough, and long resting time process that result in a veritable Parisian bread of very rustic appearance, pearly interior, and fresh aroma with notes of autumn foliage and citrus. Wheat flour, wheat sourdough, wheat gluten, water, salt, yeast, malted WHEAT flour, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid).

Topped Parisien Bread Slices
4 half-inch slices of Parisien loaf
4 slices of smoked salmon
1 pack Boursin Garlic & Herbs
4 cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
1 small bunch green onion, chopped
4 tbsp plain low-fat yogurt (optional)
Wash and cut the veggies accordingly.
On each slice of bread, spread the boursin cheese.
Then layer slices of tomatoes, cucumber, and salmon.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions and top with yogurt.
Chill for an hour.
Serve and enjoy!
