Our Hungarian sausages are crafted with the same traditional recipes and techniques to bring out the classic smoky and peppery taste of traditional Hungarian sausages, a taste of the old country. Already cooked, they're incredibly convenient: simply toss them in a pan to get them warm and toasted. Enjoy them on their own, in a hearty sandwich, beside a sunny side-up egg with fresh sliced tomato side, or sliced on a cold-cut platter or charcuterie board.

Pairings:

Vegetables: Accompany with sauerkraut, atchara, or sliced fresh tomatoes and cucumber.
Bread: Serve with crusty bread, pretzels, or rolls.
Cheese: Pair with aged cheeses like Gouda or Cheddar.
Mustard: Enjoy with a variety of mustards, from classic yellow Dijon to whole-grained Pommery Meaux.
Beer: Complement the smoky flavor with a cold, crisp beer.

Thawing

Take the sausages out of the bag, place them in a dish covered with cling film and let thaw for 6 hours.

Cooking

Pan: Cook sausages over medium heat in a hot pan or skillet for 3-5 minutes, turning them every 30 seconds until heated through.
