*recipe from heroasia.net
1⁄2 jar hero raspberry jam
250 ml Milk
25g custard powder
37 1⁄2 g sugar
1⁄2 sheet ready-made short pastry
Preheat the oven and prepare the short pastry according to the instructions on the pack.
Make sure the butter is at room temperature so you can use it to grease the tartlet tins. Now line the tartlet tins with baking paper. When the pastry is ready, roll it out and bake according to the instructions on the packaging. Leave to cool.
Thoroughly mix the egg with half of the sugar, custard, and a splash of milk.
Heat the rest of the milk and add the sugar. When the milk is hot, add the custard mixture. Bring to boil and keep whisking vigorously using a whisk.
Remove from the heat briefly and zest the lime, return the pan to the heat. Keep stirring until it thickens and add the lime juice.
Once the mixture has fully thickened, chill it in the refrigerator. Cover the cream with cling film so it does not develop skin.
Wash the fruit and cut it into pieces. Destone the cherries.
Spread a layer of Hero Raspberry jam onto the tartlet shells.
Divide the custard across the tartlet shells and garnish with raspberries, strawberries, and cherries. Add a sprinkling of lime zest as the finishing touch.
