Easy Chip Dive

Ingredients

6 slices uncooked bacon or bacon crumbles
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped finely
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Put skillet over medium high heat. Spread olive oil then add bacon, cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
Put chopped onion into the same skillet and cook until translucent and completely browned.
In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, bacon, and onion, then stir. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Chill in a closed container in the refrigerator for an hour.
Serve with Vegetable Chips Cheddar Chive and enjoy!
