Fermentation: traditional "Vin de Base" in tanks, second fermentation "Prise de mousse" takes place in cool cellars

Aging: 2 years "Sur lattes" on lees, bottle rotation for 4 days

Tasting Notes

This Crémant Brut comes from three different grape varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Black) and was developed by the traditional method. Its elegant and delicate nose reveals notes of brioche, butter, and white fruit (pears, apples). The mouth is fresh, lively, and the mineral is reinforced with fine bubbles, crisp and persistent.
