A subtle match of the grape varieties, developed by traditional methods with meticulous care, this wine is made of balance and freshness, delicacy, and persistence.

Appellation: Crémant d’Alsace
[AOC – Controlled Designation of Origin]

Fermentation: traditional "Vin de Base" in tanks, second fermentation "Prise de mousse" takes place in cool cellars

Aging: 2 years "Sur lattes" on lees, bottle rotation for 4 days

Tasting Notes

This Crémant Brut comes from three different grape varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Black) and was developed by the traditional method. Its elegant and delicate nose reveals notes of brioche, butter, and white fruit (pears, apples). The mouth is fresh, lively, and the mineral is reinforced with fine bubbles, crisp and persistent.

Pairing

A perfect sparkling wine for an aperitif or cocktails, dishes such as a marinated salmon gravlax with dill, fish in sauce, or a fruity dessert.
