Be prepared this Valentine’s day. Something ultra special you can serve for dinner, an exquisite organic beef in creamy delectable sauce that will no doubt please your loved one.
Ingredients
1/2 pack Irish Nature Organic Ribeye Steak
1/4 cup Greek-style feta cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/4 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp minced shallot
2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
1 tsp olive oil, divided
Salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat the grill to high.
Place cheese in a medium bowl and mash it with the back of a spoon until creamy.
Add vinegar, dry mustard, shallot, parsley, pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk to combine.
Slowly drizzle in 1 teaspoon olive oil and whisk until blended.
Grill the steaks 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Transfer the steak to a plate and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Serve steak with cheese sauce.
