This Grass-Fed Beef is from cattle that is 100% raised and fed on grass, never been fed antibiotics and has never been given synthetic growth hormones.

This ground beef from a well-bred happy and quality livestock is nutrient-rich and a good source of vitamins and minerals for a healthy weekly diet portion. It also has more conjugated linoleic acid (the good cancer-fighting fat), that is also linked to immunity and anti-inflammation.

1 pack Australian ground beef
1 potato, cubed
1 large carrot, cubed
10 cherry tomatoes, chopped
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup frozen green peas, thawed
1 yellow onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp organic patis or fish sauce
3 tbsp premium organic soy sauce
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 bay leaves
2/3 cup water
Salt and ground black pepper
Pour 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and cook over medium-high heat. Add potato and carrots and cook for 15 minutes, stir from time to time. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Pour in the rest of the olive oil in the same pan and sauté onion, garlic, and bay leaves until onion is opaque. Add the ground beef and stir fry until the meat is cooked brown.
Add tomato paste, tomatoes, raisins, the condiments soy sauce, fish sauce, and water. Mix in the cooked potatoes and carrots, and the green peas. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the liquid has mostly evaporated.
Serve beside a cup of hot rice topped with a sunny poached egg.
