How to Cook Tenderloin Tips

Thawing:

Remove the meat from its packaging, place it in a covered dish, and thaw it in the refrigerator for about 6 hours.

Pan Cooking:

  • For Rare: Sear over high heat for 1–2 minutes on each side.
  • For Medium: Sear over high heat for 1 minute per side, then reduce to medium heat and cook for 2–3 minutes per side.
  • For Well Done: Continue cooking gently until desired doneness.

easy to cook
I always have a thawed batch in my fridge and pan-fry it whenever I feel like having some steak bites. It stays good for 7 days in the fridge and adds extra flavour. It's a must-have in our home.

Impressive tips
I have this seed of doubt for every meat that is already cut and sold as pieces. I normally would opt for whole uncut ones. I bought this on a whim as I was pressed for time and resources but all my doubts went out of the kitchen exhaust once I got a hold of these and worked with them. I was very impressed with the quality. There is no uncanny smell on the meat, the meat texture is of quality, and they cook nicely. The taste after was incredible! I will surely buy these again.
