1 avocado, peeled and diced
100 g feta cheese
juice of 1 lemon
2 shallots, chopped
1 bunch parsley
Pepper to taste
In a blender, combine avocado, lemon juice, feta cheese, parsley, and shallots. Sprinkle pepper to taste. Blend until desired consistency is reached. Serve with lightly salted veggie chips and enjoy!
