Ingredients: Lentil Flour, Rice Flour, Basil, Salt, Coconut oil
Recipe Dip Suggestion:
Tomato Salsa Dip
4 large ripe tomatoes (peeled, seeds removed, and chopped)
4 tbsp finely chopped onion
2-3 tbsp chopped cilantro
3 small minced garlic
3 chili peppers (chopped)
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
In a bowl, mix garlic, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, lemon juice, and peppers.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Put mixture in the refrigerator to let the flavors blend, for at least 2 hours.
Serve as a dip to Lentil Crackers. Enjoy!
