Ingredients: Chickpea Flour, Rice, Potato Starch, Sunflower And/Or Safflower Oil, Corn Flour, Sea Salt, Rice Flour, Organic Nonfat Dry Milk, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Onion, Evaporated Cane Sugar, Olive Oil, Natural Flavors, Citric Acid, Spice.

Red Pepper Hummus Dip

1 bag Hummus Chips Sea Salt
2 cups cooked chickpeas/garbanzo beans, drained
2 garlic cloves
½ cup water
¼ cup tahini
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp paprika
2 tbsp chopped red bell pepper
Place beans and garlic in a food processor and pulse 5 times or until chopped.
Add water, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and pulse until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
Transfer mixture into serving bowl, sprinkle with paprika, and garnish with chopped red peppers and cilantro.
Serve with Hummus Chips.
