1 bag of Hummus Roasted Red Pepper Chips
4 red bell peppers, roasted in an oven and peeled
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
2 cups crumbled feta cheese
¼ small tomato, diced


Simply put everything except tomatoes into a blender and mix.
Garnish with diced tomatoes.
