Do not defrost or heat in the microwave. Allow defrosting 10 minutes at room temperature. Bake in the oven at 170C for 4-6 minutes.

1 pack Chocolate Chip Cookies (GF)
1 cup any dairy-free ice cream
1 bag mini chocolate chips (optional)
Set cookies on a plate, the flat surface facing up.
Scoop the ice cream and spread it generously on one cookie.
Sprinkle extra chocolate chips then cover with another cookie.
Freeze until ready to eat.
