This bread is made for people with gluten intolerance and is safe for those who have Celiac disease, a serious genetically inherited long-term autoimmune disorder that damages the small intestines during ingestion of foods containing gluten.

Gluten is a set of proteins found in foods such as wheat, barley, rye, cereals, oats, and certain grains. Its main role is to keep the food together and maintain its shape.

It has a similar taste to traditional french bread. Crusty with sesame seeds on the outside and all tenderness inside. Excellent on its own can be made as bruschettas, sandwiches, toasts, the possibilities are endless.

Defrost bread before thoroughly before slicing. From the freezer, place bread in the refrigerator overnight or leave it outside at room temperature for about 1-2 hours, or until it is possible to slice through the bread.


Place the bread slices on a tray in the oven toaster and toast for 2-3 minutes or until fully heated through.

My toasted crostini and bruschetta cravings are highly satisfied with your gluten-free bread! I love it thinly cut and toasted with my favorite toppings.
