Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Baguette
Baguette meaning "wand", "baton" or "stick", as the name indicates it is a thin long loaf of bread made of lean dough, delicately baked and sprinked with flaxseeds.
This baguette is made from gluten-free flour, especially made for gluten-intolerant people and is safe for those who have Celiac disease, a serious long-term autoimmune disorder inherited genetically, that causes damages in the small intestines when ingesting foods containing gluten.
Gluten is a set of protein found in foods like barley, wheats, cereals, rye, oats and certain grains with the main role of keeping the food together and maintain its shape.
This has a similar taste like a traditional baguette. Crisp and crusty with flaxseeds on its exterior and tender inside.
Rich in fiber with high quality ingredients, crafted and baked locally, proudly-Pinoy!
Perfect for the gluten-free diet and the dairy-free diet.
It may help improve gastrointestinal health especially for people with gluten intolerance.
Another great addition to a lifetime gluten-free diet, the only effective treatment against Celiac disease.
