Strawberry Puree

Guaranteed without bitterness, with gorgeously smooth and uniform texture sans seeds. The childhood flavor everybody craves, this strawberry purée has delicious aroma as well, round, with a delightful color. Even more charming in a melange with white peach purée, passion fruit purée or yuzu purée.


The fruits are often used direct from the freezer and can be poached or covered in jelly to limit the release of water.

For optimal defrosting, leave for 12 hours in the refrigerator.

Do not refreeze once defrosted.
