Raisin Swirls

A light, flaky pastry filled with creamy confectioner's custard and topped with sweet raisin, this raisin swirl is a puff pastry of exceptional quality in terms of both texture and flavor. Biting into one is a unique sensory experience: a lovely golden color, a characteristically flaky texture, and a sweet, buttery taste.


Defrost the raisin swirls for 15-20mins before baking.

Oven (170-180°C): Bake pastries on a baking sheet for 18-20 minutes. Leave to cool for 10 minutes before tasting.

Wheat flour, butter, raisins, eggs, water, sugar, milk, skimmed milk powder, yeast, modified starch, salt, colours and flavours, emulsifier and stabilizers, wheat gluten, gelling agent, flour treatment agent, enzymes.

delicious pastry like a croissant
Raisins in this flaky pastry is super good! I don't like raisins on bread usually but this,  I will buy this again, that's for sure!
