Chocolate Puff Pastry Twists

This French pastry is made from an irresistible recipe for pure butter croissant dough, combined with sweet custard and chocolate chips to form a heavenly melt-in-the-mouth flaky treat made with imported ingredients from France. Heat the frozen, ready-to-bake dough and enjoy the scent of warm butter and melted chocolate.


Defrost the chocolate twist for 15-20mins before baking.

Oven (170-180°C): Bake pastries on baking paper for 18-20 minutes. Leave to cool for 10 minutes before tasting.

Wheat flour, butter 21%, chocolate 10% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier [soya lecithin], natural vanilla flavour) water, sugar, yeast, powdered whole milk, wheat gluten, salt, enzymes (amylases, hemicellulases), flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid), eggs.
