Green Apple Puree

The pride of southeastern France, Granny Smith apples make a great Green Apple Purée of the juicy and fragrant kind. The same bittersweet flavor with hints of citrus and the aromas of vegetables.

These apples are known for their freshness, firm and crisp flesh with no dark marks, and fresh taste.


The fruits are often used direct from the freezer and can be poached or covered in jelly to limit the release of water.

For optimal defrosting, leave for 12 hours in the refrigerator.


Do not refreeze once defrosted.
