Convection oven - bake for 10-15 minutes at 200°C.

Cereal Baguette-Pastrami Sandwich
1 Cereal Baguette
1 egg, hard-boiled
3-4 slices of Whole Beef Pastrami
a small bunch of lettuce leaves
2 tbsp mayonnaise or dressing of choice
2 large tomatoes, sliced
Toast baguette in a preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes.
Slice egg lengthwise into round strips.
Cut the baguette in half lengthwise.
On one side, spread the dressing evenly.
Layer with pastrami slices then lettuce.
Top with egg and tomatoes.
Serve and enjoy!
