Grilled Chicken Brioche Sub
1 Brioche Bread
1 cup free-range chicken breast, grilled and sliced
1 bunch fresh lettuce
4 tomatoes, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and ground black pepper
Parmesan cheese, shredded
Season chicken breast with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cook into the grill until brown then slice into small pieces.
Cut brioche bread in two and place lettuce in between.
Put in tomatoes.
Season with salt and pepper
Top with parmesan cheese.
Serve and enjoy!
