Fresh Oysters

Established in 1986, Legris Oysters are known for their plump and tasty oysters, farmed in the heart of the Lilia Archipelago in Brittany, France. Taste the full flavor of this fine culinary treat grown in healthy water and handled with utmost care.

Orders must be placed before 12 PM on Thursdays. The product arrives by air fresh from France every two weeks on Friday, to be delivered on Saturday.

The customary approach to eating oysters is to serve them raw. Typically, raw oysters are served on the half shell with plenty of lemon for squeezing, Tabasco sauce and shallot vinaigrette (mignonette).
