Oysters - Fresh, Farmed in France

Legris Oysters, renowned for their exceptional quality since 1986, bring you a culinary delight straight from the heart of Brittany, France. These oysters, farmed in the pristine waters of the Lilia Archipelago, benefit from ideal marine conditions that contribute to their unique taste. They are known for their plumpness, freshness, succulent texture, and rich, briny flavor.

Available for pre-order. Orders must be placed by 12 PM on Tuesdays. Freshly flown in from France every two weeks, the product arrives on Friday and is delivered on Saturday.


The customary approach to eating oysters is to serve them raw. Typically, raw oysters are served on the half shell with plenty of lemon for squeezing, Tabasco sauce and shallot vinaigrette (mignonette sauce).

They can also be enjoyed grilled or baked.

Raw oysters

Oysters are nutritious. They are packed with essential minerals like zinc, iron, and copper, as well as vitamins B12 and C. Oysters are also a good source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids.
